Stay in Tuscan Nature

Podere Le Fonti is a finely restored barn in Tuscan style. It is located in a strategic point of Tuscany. Close to the Siena-Florence connection, convenient for traveling to the major tourist destinations.

EXTERIOR AND GARDEN

Large garden with barbecue and relaxation corner. Convenient parking in front of the house. Patio with table for outdoor lunch or dinner under the porch. The property is totally fenced, inside the spaces are very large.

LIVING ROOM AND KITCHEN

On the ground floor there is a large living room with a Tuscan style fireplace, a comfortable sofa with satellite TV, a large kitchen with a solid wood table for 8 people equipped with all comforts (5 burner hob, oven, toaster, microwave , blender, American coffee machine and a large fridge with freezer.And finally a bathroom with shower.

ROOMS AND RELAXATION AREA

On the upper floor there is the sleeping area with 2 bathrooms, two double bedrooms, two bedrooms with a French bed. Going further up you can find an attic where you can relax reading a book or work from your PC.

Country House immersa nel verde

Bellissima villetta in stile country! Un bel giardino ampio e attrezzato dove, grazie al porticato riservato abbiamo potuto cucinare e mangiare fuori. Anche i bambini e il nostro cane che hanno potuto godere del verde e dell’aria fresca. Tutto bene e tutti e cinque soddisfatti!

Settimana di Relax in Toscana

Una settimana di Giugno da ricordare sia per il tempo che per il luogo. Il Podere Le Fonti è stata veramente un’ottima scelta e la gestione di Giorgio e Maria è grandiosa, dall’accoglienza alle stanze, dalla pulizia ai servizi, tutto veramente di ottima qualità… Al nostro arrivo, inoltre, abbiamo trovato una meravigliosa sorpresa: una ciotola con acqua fresca e una con le crocchette per il nostro amato fido. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Very rarely do you come across such exquisite, trained, professional and polite staff. At Podere Le Fonti there is an atmosphere of serenity, our holidays in Tuscany were relaxing and fun. The good food and the good Tuscan wine contributed to making us feel very good. It is clear that those who manage are capable and love their work and the results are visible. We can’t wait to return to Italy and especially to Tuscany!

Vacanza da sogno!!!

Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni nella villetta nel luglio 2023. La gentilezza e l’ospitalità dei proprietari (Giorgio e Maria) ci hanno fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. L’appartamento è molto accogliente, le camere ben pulite e la posizione del Podere Le Fonti alle principali località turistiche Toscane rendono il luogo strategico per le vacanze estive. Sorpresa molto gradita l’omaggio fattoci da Giorgio e Maria alla nostra partenza. Assolutamente da provare!

Esperienza molto, molto positiva. L’appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione fatta sul sito, con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Abbiamo trascorso 7 giorni indimenticabili nel Podere Le Fonti, facendo anche diverse gite nei dintorni, tra cui Montepulciano e San Gimignano, su suggerimento dei proprietari. Abbiamo apprezzato davvero tantissimo la “Cena Tipica Toscana”, uno dei servizi extra della struttura, che abbiamo gustato nel patio all’aperto in un’atmosfera davvero romantica. 5 stelle meritatissime!!!

Struttura molto accogliente e proprietari disponibili. Colazione molto buona e appartamento pulito e fornito di tutti i comfort. Ottima posizione. Le bottiglie d’acqua nel frigo, sono state una piacevole sorpresa e dimostrazione di cura per i dettagli.
